The recommended gentle method

01

Prepare a soft sponge

Lightly dampen a clean sponge. It should be moist, not soaked.

02

Clean without forcing

Move across the surface with regular motions. There is no need to scrub hard.

03

Treat the stain

Add a small amount of mild soap or diluted dish soap, then rinse with a clean damp sponge.

04

Let it dry flat

Place the mat in open air, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

The Pinea advantage

Our mats include a hydrophobic layer that helps limit water and liquid absorption. If something spills, wipe it immediately with a clean sponge or cloth to avoid a lasting mark.

How often should you clean your mouse pad?

Once a month is usually enough. If you often eat or drink at your desk, clean it more regularly with the gentle method. It preserves glide and extends the mat's lifespan.
