This privacy policy explains how PINEA collects, uses and protects personal data on pinea.beandpinea.store.

2. Personal data collected

Depending on how you use the site, Pinea may collect:

Identity data: first name, last name and email address.
Delivery data: address, address line 2, city, postal code, country and phone number.
Order data: products, quantities, amounts, promo codes, status and order history.
Customization data: files, images, logos or graphics uploaded to produce a custom product.
Contact and technical data: messages, IP address, browser, pages viewed and security signals.

Full payment card details are processed by payment providers such as Stripe and are not stored by PINEA.

User-provided designs and content

For customization, you may upload files intended to be printed. You authorize PINEA to use them strictly for order execution, technical checks, production, after-sales service and reprints when applicable.

You remain responsible for uploaded content and guarantee that you hold the required rights.

3. Purposes of processing

Order management, production, delivery, invoicing and customer support.
Customer account creation, authentication and order history access.
Communication, support and order follow-up.
Security, fraud prevention and incident management.
Site performance measurement and user experience improvements.
Marketing communications when consent is given.

4. Legal bases

Contract performance: orders, delivery, invoicing and customer account.
Legal obligations: accounting and tax retention duties.
Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention and site improvement.
Consent: marketing communications and certain cookies.

5. Data recipients

Data may be shared with providers required to operate the service: Stripe, Vercel, Firebase / Google, carriers and email tools.

PINEA does not sell personal data.

6. Retention periods

Customer account: up to 3 years after last activity.
Orders and invoicing: 10 years for accounting and tax obligations.
Contact forms: 3 years.
Unpaid custom designs: deleted no later than 3 months after upload. Designs attached to a paid order: up to 12 months for production and after-sales service.
Technical data: up to 12 months unless required for security or legal reasons.

7. Security and transfers

PINEA applies appropriate measures such as HTTPS, restricted admin access, secure storage practices and backups.

Some technical providers may operate outside the European Union. Transfers are governed by GDPR-compliant mechanisms when required.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
