Important information
A large part of Pinea products can be made to your specifications or personalized at your request. In that case, the withdrawal right does not apply under article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
1. Custom products
The withdrawal right cannot be exercised for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
As a result, custom Pinea products, including mouse pads created with your visual, dimensions, text, colors or finish choices, are excluded from the withdrawal right.
Once the order is validated, it cannot be cancelled under the withdrawal right, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

2. Non-custom products
For non-custom standard products, consumer customers have a legal 14-day withdrawal period from the day after receiving the product.
You must send Pinea a clear withdrawal statement before the period expires, then return the product within 14 days.
- Direct return costs remain your responsibility unless Pinea states otherwise.
- Extra costs for a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery are not refunded.
- A damaged, incomplete or abnormally depreciated returned product may reduce the refund.
3. Digital products and content
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the withdrawal right can no longer be exercised once execution has started before the end of the legal period, after your express prior consent and waiver.
4. Effects of withdrawal for eligible products
When withdrawal is validly exercised, Pinea refunds the sums paid, including standard delivery costs if charged, subject to receiving the returned product or proof of shipment.
The refund is made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
5. No or limited withdrawal right
The withdrawal right does not apply in particular to:
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
- digital content supplied without physical medium when execution has started with your consent;
- other exclusions provided by applicable law.
