A1. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed by a consumer or business customer on Pinea websites.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms without reservation.

A2. Products and specifications

Pinea sells custom mouse pads, Pinea designs and standard products.

Dimensions, materials and finishes are described on the product pages. Minor variations may occur depending on screens, printing processes and manufacturing tolerances.

A3. Ordering process

Before payment, the customer checks the products, options, delivery address, contact details, price and delivery fees.

The contract is formed when payment is accepted and the customer receives an order confirmation email.

Pinea may refuse or cancel an order in case of fraud, suspected fraud, non-payment, technical error, abnormal request or abusive behaviour.

A4. Prices, VAT and payments

Prices shown on the site include French VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown before the order is confirmed.

Payment is due immediately and is handled by providers such as Stripe. Pinea does not store full bank card details.

In case of an obvious pricing error or technical bug, Pinea may cancel the order and refund the customer.

A5. Custom products: files and quality

For custom mouse pads, the customer may upload a file intended for printing. Pinea recommends sharp, high-quality visuals.

Internal validation mainly checks technical feasibility. For some orders, a proof or preview may be proposed.

If the final result is unsatisfactory because of the file supplied by the customer, Pinea is not responsible for pixelation, blur, cropping mistakes or the wrong uploaded file.

A6. Copyright, trademarks and prohibited content

The customer guarantees that they hold all necessary rights over the uploaded content, including copyright, trademarks and image rights.

Pinea may refuse or cancel an order containing illegal, hateful, defamatory, pornographic content or content infringing third-party rights.

A7. Use of customer designs

Unless stated otherwise, sending a design authorizes Pinea to use visuals of the finished product for portfolio, social media or communication purposes.

The customer may explicitly ask not to appear or not to have their design used by contacting Pinea.

A8. Manufacturing and production times

Production times are expressed in business days and are indicative. Ready products may ship faster than custom or out-of-stock products.

Production can start after full payment and, for custom products, after internal validation. Additional delays may apply depending on the request.

A9. Delivery

Pinea delivers across selected European countries through carriers such as La Poste / Colissimo, Mondial Relay and occasionally FedEx.

The seller remains responsible until the parcel is handed to the customer in accordance with applicable consumer law.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, delays, returns or reshipping fees may apply.

A10. Withdrawal right for non-custom products

For non-custom products, consumer customers have a 14-day withdrawal right from receipt.

Return fees are paid by the customer unless Pinea states otherwise. Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and checked.

A11. No withdrawal right for custom products

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Custom products are therefore not refundable, except where a proven defect falls under legal warranties.

A12. Legal warranties

Products benefit from applicable legal warranties, including conformity and hidden defect warranties.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, incorrect cleaning, intentional damage or inappropriate use.

A13 to A19. Cancellation, customs, force majeure and governing law

An order generally cannot be changed after payment, but Pinea may review a request depending on its production, preparation or shipping status.

Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on the production method, origin or carrier. They are generally paid by the customer.

Pinea is not liable for delay or non-performance caused by an event beyond its control.

These terms are governed by French law. The official contract language is French.

B1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the site, including browsing, account creation, forms, customization and ordering.

B2. Site access

The site is available except during maintenance, technical incidents or force majeure. Pinea may temporarily suspend access if needed.

The user must have suitable equipment and internet access.

B3. Customer account and security

The customer is responsible for their account information and the confidentiality of their login details.

In case of fraud, abuse, spam, abusive chargeback attempts or abnormal behaviour, Pinea may suspend or delete the account.

B4. Prohibited uses

• Disrupting the site through attacks, bots, abusive scraping or intrusion attempts.
• Using the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Submitting prohibited, hateful, violent content or content infringing third-party rights.
• Infringing Pinea's rights, trademarks, designs or content.

B5 to B8. Intellectual property, third-party links and changes

The site, its structure, design, text, images, logos and Pinea designs are protected by intellectual property rights.

The site may link to third-party services. Pinea has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content or operation.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy available on the site.

Pinea may update these Terms of Use at any time. Users are invited to review them regularly.
