Ask our teamYour design is fully customizable on four sizes: 26 × 21, 45 × 40, 90 × 40 and 120 × 50 cm. Other dimensions cannot be ordered in the editor. Contact us to discuss another size or a bulk order.
JPG, PNG and WebP files are accepted, up to 20 MB and 40 megapixels. Use an image you have permission to print. The editor estimates resolution after upload, based on your file and crop.
Sharpness depends on the image dimensions in pixels and the print size. Use the original file, avoid zooming in too far and check the details in the preview. The editor warns you when resolution is low. If in doubt, ask our team before ordering.
The VAT-inclusive price covers the selected size and thickness, with your design printed. It updates when you change an option. Delivery is free on product orders of €50 or more before discounts; otherwise, costs depend on the country and appear at checkout.
Pinea ships to France and Belgium, among other destinations. Production takes 2–5 weeks, plus shipping time; any delivery cost is shown before payment. If you have a fixed date for a gift or an event, contact us before ordering.
Your mouse pad has a 2-year warranty. If there is a manufacturing or printing defect, contact our team with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
Yes. Upload your image and check the crop in the editor before adding it to your cart. A 3D preview is also available in the editor. The preview is a simulation: screens and fabric can reproduce colors slightly differently.
